Dormer Rods

Portiere rods are a perfect solution for curtains over doors and also in dormer windows where there is no space to draw a curtain back to.

The hinge is tied to the door frame or return wall and the pole is positioned on a support on the door that permits the door to open and close without moving the curtain. Another pole support is placed on the return wall, the pole can be lifted up and swung off the door and placed on that support at times when the curtain is not needed across the door.
